  • Boundary Assessment: It is not possible to identify a boundary that is permanent and defensible in accordance with NPPF requirements. The identified land lies to the west of a row of properties along Clarendon Road but has no direct contact with the non-Green Belt settlement of Prestwood. The site has soft boundaries on all sides. To the north, south and west these take the form of field boundaries marked by hedgerows. To the east the boundary is marked by the gardens of residential dwellings. It is therefore considered that no permanent and defensible boundary can be identified.
