- Boundary Assessment: It is not possible to identify a boundary that is permanent and defensible in accordance with NPPF requirements. It is considered that the identified land does not demonstrate permanent defensible boundaries to the east, west and south. This is because the land meets open green space to the south and west and is defined only by property boundaries to the east. Peterley Lane to the north is considered to be a defensible boundary but this is insufficient in isolation.
