The following message on fly-tipping reporting has been sent by Lesley Clarke, BCC Cabinet Member for Planning & Environment:
Buckinghamshire County Council has recently made it easier for everyone to report fly tipping. There is an easy to use website tool that will work on all devices. Just use your pc, laptop, tablet, or smart phone to reach http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/fly now.
Use the single page link to report fly-tipping by entering the location of the incident and select ‘GO’. Drag the pin to the location (you may find zooming in and out helpful to select the exact position). Once you’re happy with the position click ‘Confirm pin location’: this is very important to ensure we respond to the right location as fast as we can. You can also upload a photo of the illegally dumped waste and add a description of the material tipped to help us even further. Once you’re happy press the ‘Report’ button at the bottom of the page and BCC will do the rest.
Go on and have a look and help keep Buckinghamshire beautiful.
