Prestwood Village Association held its AGM for the period 2025-26 last night (6/7/26) at Prestwood Village Hall.
In addition to the standard discussions and presentations at an AGM the AGM was followed by an SGM (Special General Meeting) where it was agreed to close Prestwood Village Association as an organisation.
The plan is we will now close the accounts and bank account and formally close subject to finalising the details on the 30th of September 2026. There will be a final meeting called to approve the final accounts which will probably be conducted over Zoom.
