HS2
Although the route of HS2 passes some 2 miles distant from most of Prestwood, many people do not consider the project to be the best use of public money. Bucks County Council has maintained its opposition to the project along with other groups in the area. Right now (December 2017) the project is starting to move.
How to locate information
We have previously reported on HS2 Action Alliance and carried links to their website, however right now, and since June of this year, the HS2 Action Alliance website is blocked by Google because of malware. So we are unable to comment further on what they are doing. If anyone has any information please let us know.
