GMPRG is a voluntary community group, an independent not-for-profit organisation run entirely by local volunteers; a forum for the initiation, development and implementation of schemes for the economic and environmental benefit of the local community in Great Missenden Parish.
GMPRG seeks the widest possible representation and participation from its grass roots community.
Key objectives include:
• Viability and vitality of village centres within the Great Missenden Parish
• Environmental improvements for residents and visitors
• To demand effective statutory services
GMPRG is one of seven revitalisation groups under the umbrella of the Buckinghamshire County Council. These are defined as being communities where progress is celebrated and self-improvement embraced, with the community identifying its own needs, values, challenges and priorities.
