Voices & Choices is a charity providing free, friendly and impartial information over the phone, or face to face during a home visit. They are providing a service to help people adjusting to the easing of lockdown and have sent us the following information:
Do you know someone who has been shielding and needs a little help to get out of the house as lockdown eases?
Have they lost confidence or physically deteriorated during the last year?
We have volunteers who can help them get out and about again, whether it is just into the back garden or a short walk to the shops. Our volunteers will gently encourage them to become more active until they regain their confidence and physical fitness.
