Voices & Choices https://voicesandchoices.org.uk is a local charity that provides information and advice to older people; people with disabilities or long term physical or mental health conditions (such as dementia). They help people to remain in their homes with the support of community services and other agencies. They can also provide advocacy if you have concerns about services you receive or provide reassurance to family carers living outside Buckinghamshire.
