NHS HEALTHY MINDS, BUCKS
They are a primary care service working alongside GPs to triage and treat common mental health concerns. If you are registered with a GP, you can even use their self referral facility. They can also be the route to many other resources that are available. They help over 7,500 people in Buckinghamshire each year and we have some of the highest recovery rates in the country.

Volunteering can be a great way to boost wellbeing
- What do volunteers get out of it? A sense of purpose and being valued. Giving up time and being useful is great for all our mental health and volunteering ticks all the boxes for the 5 ways to wellbeing. The 5 ways advocate Connecting with people, taking notice, learning, giving and being active as important factors which can help us all with our mental wellbeing.
