Following PVA AGM 2022/23 a regular reliable service is now in place and has been extended.
For this year Carousel have worked with Buckinghamshire Council to protect the less busy trips on the pre-existing timetable and have provided the extension to Amersham.
Additional interest has followed and the customer numbers have increased which is good. So please be aware that that the more the service is used the more they will offer and extend.
Route 41 running into the evening however will require resources to increase ridership on the main and early evening route first. Once this increase is sufficient this can be built on to offer additional journeys.
This can be demonstrated where due to increase in usage investment has been made with a new 2230 trip operating from High Wycombe to Holmer Green Monday to Saturday and later evening journeys on Sundays from early June. This could be replicated on route 41 but currently that is a little way off.
Also passengers should note there are some changes to other services from High Wycombe from June 2nd.
