Chiltern Way Academy Trust are recruiting school governors.

Chiltern Way Academy Trust, which many of you know has an Ofsted Outstanding school here in Prestwood, are recruiting school governors.

As a Multi Academy Trust we are in the process of setting up Local Governing Boards for each of our schools, including ours here in the village. The board will work alongside the senior leadership team and Trustees in a supportive and challenging way, to ensure the best outcomes for our young people. The sorts of things you would be involved in include safeguarding, health and safety, risk management, performance and quality of educational provision. Meetings take place once each term, with some others as required. It is an incredible, interesting and important role and would suit anyone who is interested in supporting a local school in your community, along with the willingness to give up a few hours a month.
