The Patient Group was very sorry when Scott Ridley, the surgery Practice Manager, felt that he needed to leave at the end of October. We wish Scott every success in his new practice.
Many of you will know that Scott set up a Practice Facebook page, which was very successful in giving out information and receiving constructive ideas and comment. Through the Pandemic regular updates and information was sent out keeping our patients abreast of the situation. When Scott left the Practice Facebook page was taken down but the Patient Participation Group felt that we should continue this form of communication with our fellow patients. A Hughenden and Chequers Surgery PPG Facebook page has now been set up to replace the Practice one.
We hope to provide General Practice and Primary Care Network news, impart medical information and requests, general health topics and social well being news.
