Prestwood Village Association Website Maintenance
We have had a calendar on the PVA website for some years now and many of you have used it by adding entries in there, or checking to see what’s on. At the moment we have 2,700 entries in the calendar. Up until March 2020, the calendar was quite accurate. However since that time a lot has changed with the Pandemic and various lock downs, but the calendar entries were never updated. Unfortunately people put up to 3-4 years of entries into the calendar at a time, we have entries going up to 2023 and beyond.

In September (after the 15th of September), we will be deleting all entries made at or before the 31st of January 2019. That is unlikely to affect most of you unless the person that added something to the calendar put an end date in after September 2021. If you have calendar entries that are valid and have disappeared, or you want to update an entry to bring it up to date, please send a message to info@prestwoodva.org.uk. We will take that into account before we start to thin out the calendar.
Once this first step is complete, we will review what is left and take some more out, probably up to and including January 2021. Later this year we will invite those people who have meetings and classes planned to add them into the calendar to bring it back up to date.
