Dear Community partners and friends,
I just wanted to thank you all for your support for our Thank A Teacher Day celebrations on 26th May. It was lovely to welcome lots of you to the campus for our tea party and celebrate our Pearson National Teaching Award Silver Winner – construction teacher Mr Ben Rowe.
I also want to thank our generous sponsors who donated to the raffle for the rest of the teachers. We are truly grateful for your generosity, and it made for a fun filled end to a busy half term for our hard working and talented team.
If there are any other ways you feel you or your business could get involved with us either through sponsorship, providing work experience placements or inviting us to support you through our Duke of Edinburgh volunteering scheme or one of our other community projects, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Thank a Teacher tea party – went with two friends – many thanks indeed to you all. Such wonderful facilities for the students and a very dedicated staff team. Ben Rowe showed us around the music room which the students, under his leadership, have bullt in the grounds – and I hope that more events can take place in the future to encourage community involvement with the Chiltern Way Academy. Congratulations to him for his well-deserved award.
