Rewind and fast forward – Bringing Prestwood together after Covid

PVA’s Annual Get-Together – Tuesday 27 April @ 7pm via Zoom

You’re invited to join us for our 8th Annual get-together and AGM on Tuesday 27 April @ 7pm via Zoom.

Prestwood has done very well during the pandemic. The community spirit, volunteers, local businesses and team efforts have all been magnificent and brought us closer together.  There is now a  new beginning as we come out of lockdown providing a unique opportunity for us, as a village, to continue moving forward together.

We believe that PVA is very well placed to help you and Prestwood harness what has been  achieved and build on it in the future..  At our meeting you will hear about many of the good things going on with an opportunity to let us know what is important to you. So this is everyone’s chance to make Prestwood an even better place to live in by helping to shape what the future holds for our village.. PVA would like to help make it happen but we need your input to get things going. Please put the date in your diary and let us know you intend to join in by emailing your names to barbarawetrot@btinternet.com.    The Zoom joining information and final programme will then be sent to you nearer the time.

In the meantime, how about joining the PVA team? There’s room for 4 more enthusiastic volunteers interested in promoting Prestwood and its activities so that the village has a strong voice on all things community. We’d particularly like creative or journalistic assistance, plus people willing to learn or already au fait with sharing WordPress website editing, helping with administration of our face book group etc, or contributing to the eyes and ears of the village.

We will be holding our AGM at the beginning of the meeting.  If you would like to join the committee, please see the Election Nomination form button below.  The cut-off slip needs to be back with PVA by 19th April please. Fill it in and send it to info@prestwoodva.org.uk
