This is not about providing homes, this is a het rich quick scheme. I’m furious that the applicant wrote to the lane residents stating if they blocked his application, he would sell the land to developers who’d build a lot more on it than he planned to.
I can’t see what difference there is, it’s simply 3 less houses. The road is a single track land with no paths and inadequate lighting. Finally it’s Greenbelt land.
Can this developer be stopped from applying? This land is Green Belt – which means no development is allowed.
This is a stupid over development of a small field on a tiny lane – which is so narrow its pretty much one way traffic. The lane is not suitable for this huge increase in houses. There are only about 18 properties on the road and it can only just cater for those as it is.
Hi John, My name is Susan and I am opposing development in Hazlemere and Holmer Green. My twitter pages is @holmergreenndf. I have so much to tell you. I am driving Bucks Council crazy with tweeting and facebook. There is too much to tell you on this page, but it would be good to make contact with you and maybe address the Council on their Green Belt policy. They don’t seem to have one, the Council appears to be run by Property Developers. We have 390 homes going onto land that they downgraded (conveniently to allow developers to move in) in 2019.
