Please support our Sixth Anniversary Celebration and AGM
Prestwood Village Hall on Tuesday 30 April 2019
Come along at 7.00pm to visit the displays including Fix My Street, Chiltern Community Forum, Great Missenden & Prestwood Revitalisation Group, Great Missenden Parish Council, Prestwood Gardening Society, Prestwood Events Group and The Source for HP16.
We aim to get through the AGM formalities as quickly as possible so that we can celebrate PVA’s sixth year together for the rest of the evening. Full programme attached below.
7.30pm Annual General Meeting – AGM calling notice 2019 and draft PVA AGM Minutes 2018 attached below. [Please read and print these off and bring with you].
We have a few vacancies for PVA committee members so if you’d like to contribute then please apply – there is an Election Nomination form in the section below which needs to be back with PVA by 22nd April.
8.00-8.30pm Around Prestwood – Speakers will give a bite-size presentation on their raison d’être.
Followed by Mix & Mingle and refreshments including Beer Taster Keg kindly donated by MALT the Brewery, complimentary wine & cheese buffet, closing at 9.30pm with Chair’s summing up. If you plan to attend and can let us know in advance, please can you send a message to secretary@prestwoodva.org.uk. It will assist us with seating and catering arrangements.
